These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Numira, including the Numira website, app, digital learning product, printable worksheets, checkout, accounts, licenses, and related support.

These Terms are between Numira OU and the adult purchaser, parent, guardian, teacher, school, institution, or other authorized account holder who buys, creates, manages, or uses a Numira license.

In these Terms, "Numira", "we", "us", and "our" mean Numira OU.

2. Acceptance Of These Terms

By visiting the website, buying Numira, creating an account, activating a license, downloading or using the app, using the worksheets, or allowing a child to use Numira under your license, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use Numira.

If you buy or manage Numira for a child, classroom, school, or institution, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and to manage the relevant child accounts or user access.

3. What Numira Provides

Numira is an educational support product that helps children learn multiplication through story-based memory techniques. A purchase may include app access, digital access, printable PDF worksheets, account/license access, and related learning materials as described on the product page or checkout page.

Numira is currently a digital product. Physical products are not included unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Eligibility And Adult Responsibility

You must be at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to purchase, create, or manage a Numira license. If your local law requires a higher age or additional authority to enter a binding contract, that requirement applies.

Children may use the learning product only under the permission and responsibility of a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized school representative. Children may not purchase Numira or create their own independent accounts.

The adult account holder is responsible for:

- Choosing and managing the license. - Creating and managing child profiles. - Keeping login details secure. - Supervising child use where appropriate. - Ensuring that use of Numira follows these Terms.

5. License Types

Numira grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Numira for the license type purchased.

Single License

A parent or individual license may be used only for the number of child profiles stated at purchase or in the relevant offer.

Family License

A family license may be used for up to 4 children in the same household. Additional child access may be available for purchase from the 5th child under the same parent account, if offered by Numira.

Classroom License

A classroom license, where offered, allows a teacher to manage child accounts for one classroom. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, a classroom license may include up to 20 child accounts under the teacher's license.

Educator Or School License

An educator or school license, where offered, may allow a school or educational institution to manage multiple classroom accounts. Pricing and specific terms for classroom and educator licenses are available by contacting info@numiramethod.com and may be governed by a separate agreement.

6. License Restrictions

You must not:

- Share your login or license outside the household, classroom, or institution covered by the purchased license. - Allow unauthorized users to access Numira. - Copy, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, transfer, distribute, upload, record, stream, or publicly display Numira materials except as expressly allowed by your license. - Use printable worksheets outside the scope of your license. - Remove copyright notices or branding from Numira materials. - Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, modify, or create competing products from Numira. - Use Numira for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized commercial purposes. - Circumvent payment, access controls, license limits, or technical protections. - Interfere with the security or operation of the website, app, checkout, or related services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Numira.

7. Printable Materials

Printable PDF worksheets and other downloadable materials may be printed and used only for the personal, household, classroom, or institutional use allowed by your license.

They may not be sold, shared publicly, posted online, included in other products, distributed through social media or file-sharing services, or used for unauthorized commercial teaching, tutoring, training, or resale.

8. Prices, Taxes, And Payment

Prices are shown on the product page or checkout page. Numira may display prices in currencies such as AUD, USD, EUR, and GBP.

Numira is currently sold as a one-time payment unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. There is no subscription for the current Numira offer unless a future offer expressly says so.

Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout, as stated at checkout and as required by applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply to your purchase and are not collected by Numira at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe and supported payment methods such as card payments, Link, and Apple Pay. Numira does not receive or store full card numbers or CVC codes.

9. Access And Delivery

After a successful purchase, Numira will provide access instructions or license activation through the email address or checkout flow used at purchase.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping access details secure. If you have trouble accessing Numira, contact info@numiramethod.com.

10. Lifetime Access

If an offer says "lifetime access", it means access to the purchased Numira product for the lifetime of that product while Numira continues to operate and support it, subject to these Terms.

Lifetime access does not mean that Numira OU, the app, platform, technology, or every feature will exist forever. Numira may update, improve, replace, reorganize, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product. If a material discontinuation affects paid access, we will handle it in a fair and legally compliant way.

11. Refunds And Money-Back Guarantee

Numira offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases if the product did not meet your expectations and the conditions in the Refund Policy are met.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply under EU consumer law, Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Educational Support Only

Numira is an educational support product. It is not a school, formal curriculum provider, tutoring service, medical service, psychological service, special education service, diagnostic tool, or professional advice service.

Results vary by child, age, skill base, reading ability, prior knowledge, motivation, support, and usage. Numira does not guarantee a specific learning result, score, school outcome, diagnosis, or improvement for every child.

Any statements about learning speed, memory techniques, progress, or outcomes are general educational statements and product claims, not guarantees of individual results.

13. Child Profiles And Product Data

The adult account holder may create child profiles under the purchased license. Numira does not require child names. Optional information may include child age, reading or letter-skill status, and optional gender. The product may process learning progress and level completion.

You must not provide unnecessary personal data about a child. You must have the right to provide any child-related information and to allow the child to use Numira.

Child and account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. No User Uploads Or Public Posting

Numira does not allow children to upload files, drawings, recordings, messages, or free-text content into the product.

If Numira later introduces features that allow user-generated content, additional terms or product rules may apply.

15. Third-Party Services

Numira may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, databases, app distribution, support, analytics, advertising measurement, communication, and other operations. These may include services such as Stripe, Bubble, Vercel, Apple, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and Tawk.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Numira is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we choose service providers in good faith and use them to support the product.

16. Account Suspension Or Termination

Numira may suspend or terminate access, with or without refund where legally allowed, if we reasonably believe that:

- You violated these Terms. - You shared access outside your license. - You copied, sold, distributed, published, or misused Numira materials. - You attempted to bypass payment or license limits. - Your use creates security, legal, operational, reputational, or child-safety risks. - Suspension is required by law, payment provider rules, app store rules, or a court or regulator.

Where appropriate, we may give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Serious misuse may result in immediate suspension.

If unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or distribution causes Numira losses, Numira may seek available legal remedies, including damages, injunctions, recovery of reasonable enforcement costs, and other remedies allowed by law.

17. Intellectual Property

Numira, the Numira Method, the app, stories, worksheets, illustrations, characters, text, product structure, designs, videos, audio, software, trademarks, trade names, and other materials are owned by and licensed to Numira OU.

Buying Numira gives you only the limited use rights described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

18. Availability, Updates, And Changes

We aim to keep Numira available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet issues, app store rules, third-party services, device compatibility, security incidents, or events outside our control.

We may update the product, app, website, worksheets, pricing, license options, and features. We may also correct errors or remove outdated content.

19. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, withdrawal right, refund right, data protection right, or other legal right that cannot be excluded by contract.

If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than these Terms, that law applies to the extent required.

20. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of goodwill, school outcomes, learning outcomes, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numira's total liability for claims related to a purchase or use of Numira is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Numira license in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for intentional misconduct, fraud, mandatory consumer guarantees, or other non-excludable legal rights.

21. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, business and institutional disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

For consumers, this clause does not remove any mandatory right you may have to bring claims in your country of residence or to rely on mandatory local consumer protections.

22. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect paid access, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users where required by law.

Continued use of Numira after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
